Abbreviations

K2tog – knit to together

Yo – place yarn from the back of work to the front and over right hand needle creating a stitch

Ssk – slip next 2 stitches onto right hand needle place tip of left hand needle through the front of the stitches and knit the two together

Pattern

Cast on 20 stitches and knit one row

Row 1 (RS): K2 p2, *k5, p2*; rep from * once K2

Row 2: K4 *p5, k2*; rep from * once K2

Row 3: K2 p2, *k2tog, yo, k1, yo, ssk, p2*; rep from* once K2 Row 4: Rep Row 2

Repeat row 1 – 4 until work measures 52cm or desired length
